Quick recipe: • Add one pack of blueberries to a pan on low–medium heat • Let them soften before smashing (trust me 😭) • Gently smash once soft • Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to thicken • Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey to taste • Pour into a jar and seal That’s it.
